All travel bookings are considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by UTC. Bookings may involve third-party suppliers such as airlines,
hotels, transport providers, or tour operators.
If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, the cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact channels of UTC. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the service booked, supplier policies, and the time remaining before the travel date.
If a booking qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and service fees. Eligible refunds are generally processed within 7–21 business days after
confirmation of the cancellation.
Certain travel services may be non refundable, including promotional or discounted travel packages, special event bookings, non refundable airline tickets, and specific hotel bookings depending on supplier policies.
In case of visa rejection, refund eligibility will depend on the policies of the suppliers involved in the booking. Visa processing fees and documentation charges are generally non refundable.
Any changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to modification fees and supplier charges depending on the nature of the request and the timing of the change
In rare cases, UTC may cancel a booking due to unforeseen operational circumstances, supplier issues, or force majeure events. Customers will be informed and alternative options or refunds will be discussed accordingly.
UTC shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, political unrest, airline disruptions, or pandemics.
